My Hero

Hiya people,
To me my hero is not someone i meet in real life. He is not a fictional person either. He is some one I have been listening to since i even knew what music was. My hero is Tupac Amaru Shakur. The reason I find him as my hero is because his music was speaking of some real life stuff that was going on and stuff i go through from time to time. You may see him as a thug but i see him as an activist that spoke in rhymes. His poetry was just as moving as his music. He spoke to me the most in the poem "Why do I cry?". He was saying stuff that i thought of my self. He isn't just some rapper who rapped of his own life he SPOKE about things many people go through. When i listen to him for some reason i feel safe. I don't really know how to explain why but i just do. Even though i know he is dead to me his alive and well. His music speaks to me and comforts me in a way no one else can. This is why he is MY HERO.

Respect

Greetings readers,
The first ammendments gives us all the freedom of religion, speech, and press. But it seems that one person might have abused that privlage. A video of someone mocking the prophet Muhhamad of the Muslim religion has stirred up a lot of anger in the middle east. The fact of the matter is that theres a line that was crossed and it was more then wrong. No one in this world has the right to disrespect someones religion. Just because you dont believe in something, doesnt mean everyone else doesnt believe in it either. Everyone has there own views and everyone should have their beliefs respected. The video was horrible and should have never been made.

Hero

Salutations people reading this,
Everyone has a hero to look up to, but what are some qualities to a good super hero. It might be strength, super speed, flying abilities, or even a good friend. My hero is the best X-Men ever  and he goes by the name Gambit. The reason I think hes the best is because his powers are awesome. Manipulating energy to explode cards is super cool. Behind Gambit is the rest of the X-men because I think its cool how a group of different personalities can get along .

In my community I believe we don't we have a hero to rely on for protection. My friend was killed, three other people were killed a few months later, a freshman was killed last year, and even our own police killed a teenager a few months ago. Now this is the stuff a true hero would be able to say this type of stuff will stop and keep that promise. We need a real super hero like our police to make sure that EVERYONE can feel safe around their neighborhood. Now I know stuff are going to happen but six killings in the past two years is too much. We need a hero that will make sure that no one has to worry about walking around at night.

Education

Ello,
Education is the most important thing in  America. With out education no one would know anything or be able to do anything. Its important because if Americans are not educated we might put a horrible person in power or worse we can get taken over. That's why the government needs to put more attention to schools and give more funds for books and supplies.
Education is important to my life because I like to learn and ask questions about important topics. Modern World history was the most interesting subject for my I was always a part of discussions and asking questions. So yeah that's my thoughts on education.

I am excited this senior year for graduation because i will be the first to graduate in my family from an actual high school. If i was stranded on an island the three things i would bring is a phone with good coverage so i can make a call. then i would bring a bunch of food. and lastly i would bring "Willson" from Cast Away.
